Who we are

All Things Foundation, Inc. (“we,” “us”) is a Maryland nonprofit corporation that runs a free youth football training and mentorship program in Charles County, Maryland. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it.

What we collect

We only collect what you give us through our forms:

  • Athlete interest form: parent or guardian name, email, phone, the athlete’s first name and age or grade, how you heard about us, and any notes you add. We do not ask for school names or full dates of birth on this site.
  • Mentor / volunteer form: your name, email, phone, how you want to help, and why.
  • Sponsor and contact forms: business name, your name, email, phone, and your message.

We do not use advertising trackers or sell information. Our website is a static site; it does not set cookies of its own. Form submissions are processed by Formspree, and online giving (when available) is processed by Zeffy. Each has its own privacy policy.

How we use it

  • To contact you about the program, mentoring, sponsorship, or your question.
  • To prepare waivers, medical releases, and background checks, which are collected separately and never through this website.
  • To thank sponsors as described on our Sponsor page.

We share information only with the volunteers and service providers who need it to run the program. We don’t sell it or share it for marketing.

Children’s privacy and photos

  • We never publish a child’s full name, school, or other identifying details on this website or social media.
  • We post photos or video of participants only after a parent or guardian signs a media release. You can decline or withdraw that release at any time, and we will remove the photo.
  • All Things Eleven Character Scholarship honorees may be recognized by first name and last initial only, and only with their family’s permission.
  • Our forms are meant to be completed by a parent or guardian, not by the child.

Need-based assistance is confidential

Requests for registration assistance are seen only by the board members who review them. Recipients of need-based assistance are never named publicly and are not identified to sponsors, coaches, or other families.

Background checks

Mentor and coach background checks are run by a third-party screening provider after you apply. Results are kept confidential and reviewed only by the board members responsible for youth safety.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have about you or your athlete, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@allthingsfoundation.org and we’ll take care of it.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
